About the Role

1Way Tech Solutions Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled IT Quality and Testing Professional to ensure the delivery of high-quality software, websites, systems, and computer-based solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing product functionality, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence. This role is particularly focused on Software, website testing, SEO performance validation, and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute manual test cases for software, websites, and system builds, with a focus on WordPress platforms.
  • Perform browser and device compatibility testing across different operating systems and screen resolutions.
  • Identify, document, and retest bugs using tools such as JIRA.
  • Conduct SEO audits, performance, and responsive layout testing using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and technical requirements.
  • Recommend solutions and improvements to enhance system usability and performance.
  • Ensure all products meet functional, performance, and user experience standards.
  • Support quality assurance documentation and prepare detailed testing reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software or web application testing and quality assurance.
  • Solid understanding of functional, UI/UX, and responsive design testing for websites.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and bug tracking platforms (JIRA).
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, QA tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable.
